Every Monday morning, open your Weekly Dashboard. In order: 1. BRAIN DUMP — 5 minutes. Everything in your head goes in the "Inbox" block. No filtering. 2. PRIORITIZE — Pull the top 3 Revenue-Moving Tasks (RMTs) into the week's focus column. RMTs = tasks that directly create, convert, or retain customers. 3. SCHEDULE — Time-block your RMTs into your calendar before anything else. Defend these blocks. 4. TRIAGE — Everything else goes into Backlog, Delegate, or Delete. Nothing just "floats." 5. SET YOUR INTENTION — One sentence: "This week is a win if I accomplish ________."
Lead → Contacted → Proposal Sent → Negotiating → Active → Invoiced → Paid → Completed Each stage has: Last Contact Date, Next Action, Deal Value, Notes, and a Status color. The dashboard auto-filters to show only Active and Invoiced clients on your main view.
